Have a question but don’t know where to start? Need more information? Can’t remember the author or title? Wondering where you can find instuctions on how to fix your lawnmower or car? Trained reference staff would be happy to help you find what you’re looking for. They can -

  • provide assistance in finding information, using internal and external resources, answering questions in person, by phone or online.
  • assist patrons wishing to access the Muskoka Collection, the library's resource for local history and genealogy.
  • assist patrons wishing to borrow materials free of charge from public libraries across Ontario though Interlibrary Loan.
  • provide Readers’ Advisory – a collection of guides, and assistance in choosing reading materials to suit individual interests.
  • provide assistance with the Library's Online resources.
  • provide library tours and instruction in the use of resources.
